Good evening everyone, how are ya?

In my line of work and specifically with the Searchlight, I meet a lot of people. Musicians mostly and all of them are very nice, but i am not sure i have ever felt so comfortable around someone, in such a short amount of time. 
I walked in to the Maverick between sets and heard just some tunes on the over head and was intercepted by Amy, the manager (who was very nice as well) and then by Marnie. There arent a lot of people that light up a room like Marnie and then she started singing.
Did i mention she was leading a line dance while singing? I can barely sing, and I just cant dance, much less at the same time, but here she is doing it like its nothing.
The band just rocks on like she is right there, and they are really solid too. John Chastain, on guitar, uses a custom microphone stand with a spring base, as a slide on the guitar.

Tunes everyone can sing along to, and fumble through a two step to and a real nice atmosphere makes Marnie Chastain a pretty primo act. Starting Next Friday, the 13th, you can catch her two nights a week!!! Every Tuesday and Friday.
